MOTHER'S DAY DISCLAIMER

TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS: VERY IMPORTANT MOTHER'S DAY INFORMATION. PLEASE READ. 

Due to product availability, we are limited on the amount of product we are able to get in this Mother's Day season. The chances of floral substitutions are much higher this year, so we cannot promise the arrangement will look exactly like the picture. We always fill our orders to value with the freshest product we have available, and will always make your recipient a beautiful, similar as possible/within a similar color scheme arrangement they will enjoy.  

THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULT TO SUBSTITUTIONS. Our first priority is always making sure we are as precise as possible and only use substitutions when there are not any other options.

You are always welcome to give us a call at the shop to ask us questions about substitutions, and you can also leave us a note in the special instructions of your order, to say for example, "If you have to sub, _ or _ is preferred", or "If subs are necessary, just please don't use _". Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders we receive, it is not possible for us to call and verify minor substitutions every time it happens; HOWEVER, substitutions that drastically affect the vibe of the arrangement (examples: lack of a keepsake container or an all sunflower arrangement but we have no sunflowers) , we will make sure to reach out and discuss alternatives.
